RNR Business Solutions launches “DARAJA”

The “Daraja Program” is an initiative launched by RNR Business Solutions that aims to bridge the gap between students and professionals. Its primary objective is to provide mentorship to students by connecting them with seasoned professionals, thus enabling them to acquire in-demand skills and enhance their personal and professional development.

DARSA was launched in Gairo with a business education workshop held for female entrepreneurs of Magoweko

Ward. The program provided training on various aspects of running a successful business, such as cultivating creativity, separating personal and business finances, providing excellent customer service, developing a passion for the business, and maintaining accurate records of their businesses.

During the launch of DARSA in Gairo, RNR Business Solutions paid a visit to Gairo Secondary School where they provided sanitary pads (flowless sanitary pads) to female students in form 5 and 6. In addition, the visit included a motivational session for the girls where they were encouraged about the significance of education for girls and the importance of setting goals for their future. Attendees at the session included the Gairo Education Officer, district leaders from Gairo, as well as teachers from Gairo Secondary School.

In Gairo, Morogoro, Tanzania, on March 7th, 2023, RNR Business Solutions unveiled “DARSA”, a new program designed to provide educational support and opportunities to small business owners, with the goal of empowering them.
